HOW IT STARTED
My love for using nutrition in supporting your lifestyle and goals began while working with Louisiana State Universityβs athletic department in college. I then joined the University of Alabama Sports Nutrition Department for 2.5 years and worked with athletes from all walks of life. In 2018, I became the Director of Football Sports Nutrition for the University of Tennessee and one year later transitioned to the Director of Sports Nutrition. After my time at the University of Tennessee, I decided to start my own practice that solves the universal problem I saw in the college athletes.
Student athletes have little to no sports nutrition knowledge and, as a result, this negatively impacts their performance.
I currently help high school athletes use performance nutrition to their advantage, meet their performance goals and prepare to play and thrive in college. College athletics is competitive. Learning how to fuel your lifestyle and goals before you get there will give you a competitive edge and set you up for success.
